About Hot Transfers
Hot Transfers represent a completely new and unique marketing option for mortgage originators. Here's how our Hot Transfers process works:
1. Borrowers express interest in a new mortgage loan
The borrower's expression of interest may be represented a an Internet form submission, expressing interest to a telemarketing rep, or other means.
This expression of interest is typically sold as a "lead" to originators. However, as most mortgage companies that have bought leads in the past now know, this "lead" that allegedly represents a single-expression of interest is often not a "lead" at all.
2. Borrowers are contacted, confirmed, and qualified by our Call Center reps
We send only the leads that match your exact criteria to our Call Center who performs our confirmation process on the leads:
Our confirmation process involves performing the following steps on a lead where the borrower has ALREADY expressed interest in a new mortgage loan:
- Make contact with the borrower
- Verify the vital components of the borrower's data (i.e. property type, loan type, and state in which the property is located)
- Confirm that the borrower is indeed interested in immediately speaking with a mortgage financing specialist
3. Borrowers are then transferred directly into your organization's existing phone system, and the data associated with the borrower may be viewed using a standard web browser
Once the borrowers has been confirmation, the Call Center rep puts the borrower on-hold and dials your organization's toll free number. Once the Call Center rep reaches one of your loan officers, the Call Center rep provides the loan officer with the name of the borrower, the type of loan they're interested in, and the borrower's 10-digit phone number (the loan officer will use this 10-digit phone number to lookup the data associated with the borrower using a standard web browser).
The Call Center rep then takes the borrower off hold, introduces them to your loan officer and then disconnects once they are sure the transfer was complete so that the sales process can continue.
